The human capital is our main value and strength, which will allow us to grow extensively and expand through to the CEMAC region and to offer efficient solutions to the ageing. Our human resource policy is strongly based on long-term investment in personnel: We will launch motivation packages to increase employee motivation and we offer a broad range of social incentives for the employees, we have put in place strategies to invest in employee development and support an extended educational and training network specializing in the handling of older persons.

Social Responsibility

We invest in employee development and support an extended educational and training network specializing in geriatrics. The next pillar of our social strategy is central and our activities in this area are also quite diverse: University students may do internships at our NGO and be invited to join the team of professionals. In the future they may participate in new projects and receive training and mentorship opportunities, which will definitely add a great value to their careers thereby improving upon the quality of their productivity and living standards. This will definitely have a positive impact on the older persons.

A considerable amount of our socially responsible activities are focused on charitable campaigns, which allow us to cooperate with a significant number of socially responsible institutions and NGOs and to improve the living conditions and the health of older people and attract foreign investment as well.

Sustainable development

Environmental issues rise simultaneously with the growth of industries in the urban areas. Thus, in order to reach environmental sustainability, LAFTA: will focus on planting greenery in its immediate environment and by using environmentally friendly technologies.
